Management
What can be managed in the property management system?
Building Information: This section shows a summary list of all buildings linked to the administrator/property manager account.
Room Information-: This section shows a summary list of all rooms in all buildings linked to the administrator/property manager account. Click the ‘Add’ icon to add a new room entry. Select an entry first if you wish to edit or delete a line entry.
Please note that a system generated virtual room called “Admin” with room number “0” is automatically generated during the initial configuration, and will not show in the outdoor station directory or require a cloud fee. It should not be deleted as it will be used in the future for generating PIN codes and NFC tags for personnel requiring regular access to the building (e.g. mail carrier, maintenance staff, etc).
NFC: This section shows a summary of all RFID access keycards or keyfobs for all buildings managed by this administrator/property manager account. The list can be filtered by building, unit number, and NFC serial number. Click the ‘Add’ icon to add a new RFID entry.
Unlock Record: In this section, administrators/property managers can recall daily intercom event history, including time-stamped unlock events and answered/missed calls. The results can be filtered by building, unit number, and any one of six event types; Call, Answer, Virtual key unlock, manual unlock (master account PIN entered at door station), remote fixed password unlock (unlock using the app), and NFC.
Change Password: Administrators/property managers can revise the webpage login password. Please update the password upon first usage/login.
How to login to the property management system?
The administrator/property manager login will be provided by IntercomConnect

Choose a location for the digital intercom, taking into consideration sightlines, shadows, and excessive background lighting for the camera. Optimal mounting height would be approximately 160cm from the surface that the caller would be standing on to the camera lens.
Confirm the following available connections are available at the installation location: Live internet feed (RJ45 plug), mains power or low voltage extension wire, door or gate control wire(s), and optionally push to exit button connection(s)
Feed the power supply wiring, wiring harness(s), and internet cable through the hole from the back side of the back box. Use the six screws (and anchors, if required) supplied to mount the back box to the wall in the desired location.
Connect wiring harness and other connections to the back of the digital intercom. Gently use the provided cam lock key to lock the device in to the back box.
Installation checklist
Ensure power wire length is no more than 15 meters
Ensure Ethernet cable distance no more than 100 meters
Confirm internet connectivity from primary router to the digital intercom mounting location
Check the door lock type: NO/COM or NC/COM
Get the device GID no. from the back of the device.
Access the Settings page and set the device time zone to match your install location.

We have been using the system with our 14 suites and we love it. Our tenants also love the security and the ease of use. This system offers a wide range of security option that are extremely easy to use.

Installation is about as idiot-proof as you can possibly get, and far, far simpler than our previous system.

The management/web portal is also very easy to set up and program new tenants into the building. The app is easy to use and works great on any modern iPhone or Android device. If your tenants have older phones, you can program an RFID tag or give them a manual code to let themselves in.
