We can prepare a quote based on a single order, a project or recurring purchases.

Orders

IntercomConnect accepts 3 different ordering methods: online, email and phone.

  • Online orders: Ordering through the website is simple. While on a product page, press the Add to cart button, this will place the item(s) in your shopping cart. You can continue shopping or press Continue to place your order. Enter your billing and delivery address and choose your payment method. Review the Terms and Conditions and accept them by checking the box next to I agree to the terms and conditions. Press the green Continue button to place your order and be taken to the payment processing page.
  • Email orders: Purchase orders can be sent to info@intercomconnect.com. Within 2 hours (during office hours) we will process your order and send an Order Confirmation email to you.
  • Phone orders: During office hours we are available by phone at +31(0)302272636 to help place orders. Simply provide us with the item you want to order, the delivery and billing address, and the preferred method of payment. Depending on the chosen payment method, we will send you an email with a payment link.
Payment methods

We support three different payment methods, giving you the flexibility to pay how you want to.

  • Credit card: We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Credit card payments are processed instantly, allowing us to process your order immediately.
  • PayPal: To pay with PayPal you need a PayPal account. When you choose PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to the PayPal website. Log into your account and confirm the payment. PayPal payments are processed instantly, allowing us to process your order immediately.
  • Bank transfer:When paying by bank transfer, after completing the order process, we will email IntercomConnect’s bank transfer information. Please state the order number from your order confirmation (ORD*****) with the transfer. Bank transfer is not the quickest method of payment and may take one to three business days to complete. As soon as we have received the payment, the order will be processed immediately.
  • On Account: For businesses it is possible to order with NET terms. To place an order with NET terms, your account must be approved first. Please contact us at info@intercomconnect.com to inquire if you are eligible. If eligible, when you place your order, you will receive the items upfront and pay the outstanding amount in the timeframe set by your NET terms.
Invoices

All our invoices are sent by email. In the checkout you can specify a separate invoice email address. You can also set a different billing address than the delivery address; which makes it possible to send an order directly to your end customer. The invoice is never added to the shipment.

If you prefer to receive the invoice by mail, please contact our customer service before placing the order.
