If you have made an error or are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return the item free of charge within 14 days, provided the product is in reasonably new condition. The 14-day period begins upon receipt of your order. Once you have submitted the return request, you have an additional 10 days to send the product back at no cost.

To receive a full refund, it is crucial that you return the product and accessoires in its original, undamaged state. Please ensure you use an outer box to prevent any damage to the original packaging.

Upon receiving and evaluating the returned shipment, we will credit the order within 7 business days. If you have already made a payment, the refund will be issued using the same payment method utilized for the initial transaction.

Warranty

All products are covered by a standard 2-year warranty, which protects against any defects arising from normal use during the warranty period.

During this time, we will, at its discretion, provide free repair or replacement of the product, depending on the nature of the defect.
